Is this what it's come down to? LOL! I knew they were trying to keep Bill Clinton low key for a bit but this is embarrassing!

Anonymous said...: That knothead was up in my old home county today Marie. He was is Media PA about 5 miles from where I grew up. He got rained on and booed along with his lapdog desk sailing Admiral Sestak. What a couple of schleps they didn't stay long because they weren't feeling real welcome. When Kerry brought him out at the Dem Convention in 2004 I wonder if Hillary and Bill EVER wondered, "Will this guy be trouble in the future"?

Well once again the Dems have backfired!

And all the crap that has come out about the Clinton's in the last few years, it's a wonder Bill and Hillary arent having tomatoe's thrown at them during these events!

I wish I could have spent more time in Pennsylvania Jenn, it would have been nice. It was to damn cold though. And I thought Oklahoma was cold. And by the time I got home I still had 1 day left to spare on that rent-a-car darnit I could have afforded to spend a day in Penn and didnt even know it.

Someday I will be able to go back and see you again :-) And you can show me all around.

Looking at the picture of Bubba standing in the back of that truck makes it hard to believe he was once the president of the United States. Just minutes from here is the Brandywine Battlefield where a British soldier would have ended the conflict with one well placed shot on George Washington but held off because of his conviction to a code of honor he was taught about targeting officers.

Then there is the Pennsylvania State House in Philadelphia where the signers debated and signed the US Constitution and the newly built Constitution Center that Skye and I have visited together. I met Monica and the troll at the Constitution center too. There is also the Valley Forge Battlefield park only minutes away from where I grew up. Washington and his forces faced one of the most brutal winters on record due a climate phenomenon known as the "mini ice age". The American forces retreated there after the Battle of Germantown which was a disaster for both sides because of the foggy weather and all the smoke generated by the black powder they used for their firearms. This is the real stuff and not some faux information taught by some confused liberal. Anytime that we can get together is OK with me.

I'd like to get to Oklahoma and that section of the country too some time. You have just south of Oklahoma City a section where the names of the towns were named after the towns here along the former Pennsylvania Railroad mainline in and out of Philadelphia. Ardmore, Wynnewood, Paoli, Strafford and Wayne are all names of towns I see every day. My Grandmother Gallagher lived in Ardmore PA and I lived in Wayne PA. My Father and I both worked in Paoli PA until they shut the shop down and moved everything west of there.

We will get together again. I think we established a connection together of true American Patriotism and friendship that will last us for the rest of our lives.; March 09, 2008 3:07 PM
