Mike's America said...: I'm ready to put aside my disappointment over the TERRIBLE GOP primary season, our lackluster candidates and poor choices.

McCain may have won because the others were defeated by the process and he's the last man standing. But he IS the nominee and I will honor my pledge which I made at the beginning of the year and vote for the nominee.

That doesn't mean I am going to support McCain if he starts going off on global warming, closing Gitmo or torture. I'll hammer him hard for that. But compared to Hillary or Obama he wins with me.

President Bush made his thoughts clear on the matter today and I intend to do what I can to support our parties nominee.

Yes we must root McCain on to Victory now, we have to just set aside our differences now for the good of the party. (Like Mike Is :-) Because the thought of the alternative is unimagineable.
