Rust-Tierney made an initial appearance in a federal court in Alexandria, VA, Friday. He is being detained pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday, February 28.

In the past, Rust-Tierney had argued against restricting Internet access in public libraries in Virginia, writing, "Recognizing that individuals will continue to behave responsibly and appropriately while in the library, the default should be maximum, unrestricted access to the valuable resources of the Internet."

Oh sure! This guy argues against restricting Internet Access in Public Libraries so other perverts just like he can get on, watch porn, and get off right there in a Public Library! It's only a worthy cause for the ACLU if it's not harming thier interest's. But dont let them catch you with a Cross high in the sky, an American Flag waving proud, or saying Merry Christmas or all hell will break loose! But having access to internet porn in a public library for anyone to see is just fine with the ACLU! Rotten Pervert, glad you got caught, hope you go to jail for life, and hope one of your ACLU perverted buddy lawyers defends your rotten ass! That ought to be a sight.

Yea well, now they are officially known as the American Child Lechers Union. That goes along with their sister uh, I mean brother organization NAMBLA. When are the American people going to wise the heck up and squash these nut cases? The ACLU no more represents the interests of Americans than al Qaeda does. It’s time to silence these people and put them in jail or revoke their citizenship, whatever it takes to rid ourselves of these crotch crickets of society.
The ACLU isn't saying much now about child molesting and child pornography but they had plenty to say back in 2002 when they opposed mandatory minimum sentences for child moleters and now we know why. I suppose Rust Tierny was the head of the organization back then. Here's a link to their site that explains why they oppose putting moleters in jail fro long periods of time. I warn you it might be better if you put on one of those chemical contamination suits before you go over there though. These people are the ultimate in slime. ACLU assists child molestation and exploitation, and they do it using your tax money too!
This slime ball, Charles Rust Tierney doesn't have a problem looking at children getting raped and molested on the internet but try and find a picture of him.
Notice how this puvert is getting little airing on the MSM ? If he had been a corporate lawyer working for big oil, for example, his mug and story would have been plastered all over the NYT and other liberal rags. Hypocricy at its worst!
