Time To Stop Media Matters, VoteVets, and MoveOn.org From Distorting The Truth
This is getting way out of hand. I just saw this commercial on tv and I coudnt believe it. This Rush Limbaugh distortion is completely out of control. And our House and Senate are wasting OUR MONEY and OUR TIME taking this up on the floor. And VoteVets certainly wasted money on this gem.
We all need to pick up the phone and call our House and Senate Members about this distortion.

I am joining this citizen letter to demand you apologize for your recent public statements and letter to Clear Channel attacking Rush Limbaugh. This is a blatant, partisan attempt to silence Mr. Limbaugh and other conservative voices in our nation. Mr. Limbaugh’s support of our troops and their mission is unquestioned. Marie: The attack on Rush Limbaugh is an attempt to neuter conservative voices across the board.
The usual leftie playbook here is to say "both sides do it" even if they have to LIE about the other side, they'll find willfully ill-informed idiots ready to lap up the disinformation.
Unless we counter this dishonest tactic at every available opportunity Hillary Clinton will dismiss the clear evidence of her unethical, even criminal behavior and skate to the White House.
She's got the entire left wing attack machine aligning behind her for a full assault on the freedom and honor of every American who dares disagree with her .

I think the vet in the video needs to stop lying about Rush Limbaugh and I'll tell it right to his face. He's got the right to disagree about the way the war has been handled but he doens't have the right to lie about what anybody else said. You can disagree with a wounded vet and still respect his service. It's pretty clear and blatant about what's going on here.
I wiil not however respect people like George Soros, the morons at moron dot org or any of the other people from the communist organizations that Soros finances. I will die fighting them if that what it takes to stop the spread of his diseased mind.

Reid Uses Limbaugh to Rally Grassroots Democrats
"Dear Friend, Demand that Rush Limbaugh apologize." That's the latest salvo from Democrats who want Americans to believe that the influential talk-show host has insulted U.S. troops.
Writing on behalf of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee -- a political group that works to elect Democrats -- Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) on Thursday said he normally ignores Rush Limbaugh. But Limbaugh's recent comment about "phony soldiers" went too far for him to stay silent, Reid said.
"It's one thing to call me "Dingy Harry" (as Limbaugh calls Reid) -- it's another to insult our men and women in uniform, calling those who oppose the war "phony soldiers" as Rush did during his Sept. 26 broadcast, Reid said in his message to DSCC supporters on Thursday.
In fact, Limbaugh did not say that soldiers who oppose the administration's conduct of the war are "phonies," although Democrats and liberal interest group insist that's what he meant.
A transcript of Limbaugh's radio program makes it clear that in talking to a caller, Limbaugh was reminded about "who the left props up as heroes." He used the phrase "phony soldiers," and a short time later, he brought up one particular soldier, Jesse MacBeth, who was sentenced to five months in prison for falsifying his military records.
Reid and 40 other senators sent a letter of complaint to Clear Channel CEO Mark Mays this week, demanding that Rush apologize -- for something he never said, Limbaugh insists. Now they're also urging DSCC supporters to send a letter to Mays, demanding that he "take action" and force an apology from Limbaugh.
"Rush has the courage to sit behind a microphone and lash out at those who oppose George Bush's misadventure in Iraq -- yet when it was his time to serve, he received a deferment and has never worn a uniform," Reid said on Thursday.
Limbaugh has invited Reid to come on his show and say whatever he'd like to say about Limbaugh -- to Limbaugh directly. But Reid, seeking to score political points by misrepresenting what Limbaugh said, is not expected to take him up on the offer.
"Limbaugh's show is broadcast on Armed Forces Radio, and therefore service members around the world heard his insults," Reid complained in his message to DSCC supporters.
Democrats for years have demanded that Limbaugh's program be removed from the taxpayer-supported airwaves. The latest controversy involving just two of Limbaugh's words may be another push toward that goal.
"Rush certainly has the right to say whatever he wants -- but we have an obligation to speak out when he goes too far," Reid concluded.
A number of Americans, Limbaugh included, have expressed the view that elected officials such as Sen. Reid should have something better to do than to pick on a radio broadcaster, a private citizen who has a long record of supporting the troops. But Reid's message Thursday on behalf of the DSCC makes it clear that Democrats still expect to get some mileage out of the controversy.
I keep thinking about when you question a democrat they immediately scream FREEDOM OF SPEECH - don't they think that Rush has any or is that just for them?

This BS is so utterly unfair and ridiculous that I am almost speechless. Almost, but not quite. Rush calls Harry Reid "Dinghy Harry" because the nickname "Dirty Harry" has already been taken. There are also many worse things one could call Reid than that and they'd all be true! How he can accuse Rush of beating up the troops is beyond me.

There are pobably some of the VoteVets bunch part of that Government Investigating Phony Soldiers ie reminds me of the claim by John Kerry in the imfamous winter soldier, those were fake soliers who claimed to be with John Kerry in Vietnam and upheld his claims about what our Soldiers were doing in Vietnam.

I too called Harkin and Reid, I signed the petition and I called Kingston to praise him for his resolution in support of Rush and the troops.
