Some Afghan is probably freaking out right about now.
The story is: this very special Mi-24 helicopter is presently flying in Afghanistan, where it is no doubt causing quite a stir. God Bless the U.S.A.

Just a small question..Why are we flying a Russian chopper? I'm not complaining, in fact it is a little satifying that we are flying around in our once enemys hardware in a counrty they got their behind handed to them. Im just curious??
For Blithered, I want one too. I can see them painting an Apache like a wild bird, the enemy would surrender just thinking "Those people are nuts"! Imagine one of them coming at you lol.

For Anonymous, Contrary to what the Kerry people would say, Russia, France, and Germany only sat out Iraq. ahem [Oil For Food?] But are participating in the war on terror, and in Afghanistan, with troops, equipment, money, etc. But your right since Russia had it handed to them by the Afghans, they probably had some left over equipment that we found, fixed up, and are now using. Why waste ours lol
