According to the Associated Press, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg snoozed during testimony today over political redistricting in Texas.

Look's like President Bush may soon be naming another Supreme Court Justice if she cant even stay awake on the job. Maybe she should just go home.

Dave, I hope No-One is expecting her to listen to any cases, then again maybe her sleeping through them might be a good thing for some!!!
Marie, It makes no difference if Justice Ginzburg sleeps through court or not. She has made up her mind how she will decide anyway.
HaHa True Mark, what is hillarious is Alito looked at her and a few other Justices and let her snooze off. I can see them now, "I'm not waking her up, you wake her up, I'm not" etc.
I wonder what happened when she arose from her slumber.
